no but if thats the epec for the 83-84 svo your significantly better off upgrading to a newer ecu

a 2006 ranger ecu can very easily be swapped in with a few junkyard parts for cheap

No it’s not. It’s for 88 and up foxes/sn95s depending on the wiring harness. There might be newer options but I own this and it’s works.....as long as I can find the software....
