I've been tuning my car this week and while it has been setting idling I've noticed a decent amount of liquid on the ground by my tailpipes. At first I thought it was raw fuel because of how rich it was but once I leaned it out there's still some moisture on the ground once its been running for awhile. The liquid really doesn't have a smell so I'm thinking its just water. Is moisture a byproduct of e85 combustion? Any body else notice this?

Yes. Moisture is much higher when burning ethanol as opposed to a hydrocarbon. Ethanol burns cooler due to being in a partially oxidized state (as well as having a lower BTU/mol than gasoline)

Other than possible soot out of the exhaust from when you were using gasoline, that moisture should be pure water.

In short, no worries. the moisture is quite normal.

I also get a ton of water vapor and water dripping out of my tailpipes w/E85!

^Same.

I was at the track three weeks ago, the temp was around 85 and was super humid. My car sat for an hour then I started it up it was smoking for 2-3 minutes , water burning off. Then it spit water everytime I started it up in the staging lanes.
