Hey guys, ill be getting out of the army in June and wanted to know if anyone had suggestions on a tuner? I have an 02 Harley F150 with some bolt ons and more boost and would like to make the necessary adjustments needed for the Air/humidity/elevation change, not to mention ill need it done for 91 VS 93 that we get here in NC. Any suggestions? When I lived in Tucson I was a crotch rocket guy and never messed with cars, but I'm a little nervous bc I remember it being like 90% imports. I will really miss the muscle car scene here in NC.

Anyways, where do you guys go?

Also, are there any local forums for TUC/AZ in general? Thanks guys!

The only one I know of is SPS Autosport, but then again, I've only been in the Mod motor game for a little while.

Thanks for the quick response. Are they a general muscle car shop, or ford specific? We have so many out here in NC, you can pretty much get pick of the litter and a shop specific for whatever car you drive

SPS is mainly an import shop if I remember correctly. Their connected to ES Tuned. Evan from there does the tuning.

Your best bet would be to go to Phoenix. Check Extreme Performance Tuning in Goodyear, Automotive Diagnostic Specialties in Chandler, Arizona Dyno Chip are all I can remember. I'm sure there's more my minds just blank right now. I can't give you a good tuner cause I have a mail order tune from RWTD. All I can say is alot of people like Devin which works at Automotive Diag Spec.

RWTD did me good but I'm putting nitrous on the car so I want to make sure it's spot on so this time I'm going with one of those guys in Phoenix.

I'm going to get another, ill be building a drag car when I get back. I just don't have the time or space right now and a cross country move would be a pain for that, so, ill wait till I get home. Is the Tucson drag strip still open?

Sir? Yeah it is, also probably hasn't been prepped since you left! Lol

I think the phx tracks are closing down? I heard a rumor but maybe phx people know more than I do about the matter

Damn! lol and that's sad about the Phoenix track, if its true. They wonder why street racing happens and then close down tracks. Retards.
