ModMax Stroker kit, anybody tried it?

Hey guys, well after blowing my motor, i felt that it wasss unexceptable to leave it in a stock trim so i decided to get a little bit of power outa her so, Has anybody tried the ModMax Stroker kit for the 4.6L to 302?
what compression ratio should i go with and is it going to be worth my money to do this?

I would imagine that it would depend upon if you are going to be boosted. If so, then go with the lower compression, and if not going boosted, then go with the higher compression. :shrug:

non supercharged. not for this car. my subaru got the money for the forced induction

i would never run a stroker in a mod motor.......EVER

good for them. Id rather spend the money on a big bore.

I don't like adding stroke to an oversquare motor, when the bore is what its desperately needing.

maybe its a personal preference, but stand by my statement

I'm inclined to agree with quadcammer. I don't like the idea of stroking these motors either.

I would spend the money for a big bore before a stroker.

I wouldnt stroke it OR bore it. Build the motor, heads/cams and run s h i t loads of boost.
