I was able to get that corrected and now i will have to get the car back to the tuner for another try. The car sounds completely different after the intake mod, it has a lot more blower whine now. Can't wait to get it all worked out and retuned.
found out when i went to the tuner to get it tuned earlier this weekend. It was setup with the factory crank pulley and the supercharger pulley that Kenne Bell said should get me 11 pounds of boost, on the dyno it was over 16lbs and still climbing when the tuner shut it down. I am still on the factory bottom end and it was producing too much boost even with the e85 to be even remotely safe so we changed the pulley and backed it off almost 5 lbs. Worst part was i wasn't even able to finish my dyno/tune session because we had a miss at high rpm which turned out to be a bad set of Ford Performance plug wires that didn't even have a 1,000 miles on them. I was able to get that corrected and now i will have to get the car back to the tuner for another try. The car sounds completely different after the intake mod, it has a lot more blower whine now. Can't wait to get it all worked out and retuned.
