I usually lurk more than I post as you can tell . I am about to embark on this journey myself. Just picked up a 39k whipple 2.3 03 cobra drivetrain and am going IRS w/ hydroboost and abs. Could you please pm me the name of the guy for the writeup. The pedals are the only thing that concerns me with the swap and I would be happy to pay $100 to have it done right. Thanks for posting pics of your build btw the more i can find the better as it keeps me motivated until i start.

would a ron francis wiring kit made the electrical part of the build easier because doesn't the ford computer plug directly into the francis board set up then all the wire are hooked up from the Francis box to he sensors on the motor?

I pmd about the wiring kit. its pretty much done now. I've driven it once. had the bypass hooked up wrong and it was a beast even with no boost. haven't driven it with boost yet. was clearancing my steering shaft the other day and got a little hasty, put a hole in my long tube.

so right now long tube is getting fixed. he is just cutting off the egr tube and rerouting it to clearance and fix all at once.

got the header back and installed. gotta go get aligned and then we will do a real test drive

Beautiful set up. I gotta stop reading these build threads. Makes me want to change my decision of leaving the fox interior. And do a cobra interior.
