I installed MM plates on with H&R springs Im using the Bilsteins but since the install over bumps I have a clunk coming from that area I installed the spacers like the picture recommended any suggestions?

Don't see a picture, but did you tighten down the bolt on top of the spacers? I forgot to do that when I installed mine, and noticed a similar clunk.
You need tighten the strut nut after the car is back on the ground. Also, you did not use the stock dust boots correct? You need new rubber dust boots on the cobra. I don't have any dust boots on here but this is an example.
