Mishimoto Liquid chill antifreeze and additive?

so I saw American Muscle's post about a free gallon of this stuff when buying their radiators so I glanced to see what it was. They claim up to a 30 degree reduction in coolant temps. Im familiar with things like Redline Water Wetter that seems to help with temps a bit but thought Id see if anyone had messed with this stuff and what the results were.

Previously I was having trouble keeping coolant temps down idling in traffic with the AC on. I already have some cooling system changes to make when I get the new motor back but looking to do all I can to fight these Florida summer temps.

Where did you find info? I didn't really search for it, just glanced at it on AMs site. I still have a few bottles of water wetter laying around

I haven't studied the chemistry of Mishimoto's offering, but I'd imagine it acts mostly as a chleating agent.
