Again if you are ok with what has happened to this car with the now current owner then do your full diligence and purchase it.
As a fellow Canadian I'm just going to tell you that when you are reading and trying to understand the FULL story of ALL the threads (including the one over on CF) please make sure you aren't downing the whole bottle of Quebec's finest maple syrup in one gulp. What bonus items would a buyer of this car get now that it is downgraded to a 2LZ interior from the factory original 3LZ? Read your paragraph again it makes no sense. Somebody is actually going to get cheated out of getting a proper vehicle by him NOT DISCLOSING WHAT HE DID IN THE INITIAL AD LISTING AND TRYING TO PASS THE CAR OFF AS AN ORIGINAL FACTORY 2LZ CAR. Understand??? Get it now???? Rounding error???? LMAO!!!! You round up maybe 50-75 miles if you know you are still driving the car. You don't round down about 300 miles minimum or 1100+ miles from what it had when you first purchased the car and drive 8+ hours home with it from Canada. It's his car now and he can do what he wants with it. If he made these drastic changes and decides to sell the car it should be disclosed that the interior was changed WHICH IS WHAT HE DIDN'T DO ORIGINALLY. Again if he had done that in his ad from the get go I wouldn't have a problem and ultimately up to the new buyer to decide whether to purchase or not. Yes, he's not in my good books and I'm sure neither am I in his but then again I didn't sell him a car with a gutted original interior replaced with a downgraded one, possible mileage issue and not tell him about it. Understand that???? Now for the rest of you, all I'm doing is making sure that anyone if they are in the market for a vehicle (in this case a Z06) know the history of the particular one in question. If this was my old 13 Shelby GT500 and the same situation came to light and I was made aware of it I would do the same thing and here on this SVTMB you guys would be thanking me for making sure someone (who could be a member here) knew what they were buying. Again if you are ok with what has happened to this car with the now current owner then do your full diligence and purchase it. You can leave all the "Fatal Attraction" BS out of it and for those that didn't read EVERYTHING properly and are just making assumptions find some other threads to troll. Next time someone stays quiet when they know a vehicle's history ain't proper it could be you that purchased that car and I hope it turns out to be separate halves of two cars welded back together. Only if I'm at your BBQ and you try to pass off a "Beyond Meat" burger to me as a real beef burgie. I'm done, need to take my ZR1 out for a spin to remind myself why I sold 2 PERFECTLY good cars to get THE KING!!!!!
