I don't care what you put in it. Concrete is going to crack, especially here because they build on sand and it moves constantly.
I'm just saying Brad if it's done right with the reinforcement which I do on a daily basis it is less prone to cracking. I've actually seen a lot of new homeowners put epoxy mats and rebar in them comes out nice

When I was a kid I remember watching the coverage of Mt. St. Helen's blowing its top.

I think about it fairly often and what a good escape plan would be because Rainier will turn this place into hell on earth when it eventually goes. Mt Rainier is almost 5k feet taller than St Helens was before it erupted.
