All I can say is wow. This is my first aftermarket shifter and I am impressed. Install went smoothly. I do have one concern. I applied an even bead of RTV around the tranny where the mgw bolts up. I then bolted down the MGW and I noticed a little bit of RTV seeped out on the sides. Is this normal? I wonder if it seeped out on the inside into the tranny? I imagine if it did it didn't fall into the tranny because it hardened like a seal. Has this happened to anyone else?

Overall it is a great shifter and i reconmend it to others.

The sealant will seep out, it won't hurt anything.

You should contact CobraBob about his gaskets. Then you don't have to use the messy rtv. MGW use to include them with the shifter (mine came with one) but they stopped for some reason.

BTW, MGW:rockon:
