Is doing it yourself totally out of the question? Just curious since it's pretty straight forward an install. If you don't have access to a garage and lift, a shop is the way to go.

Oh wow, very sorry to hear about your torn rotator cuff. I pray that your physical body mends well, and you get your shifter installed. If I hear of any good shops in your area, I'll let you know.

Thanks CobraBob. I looked into those which are not close. I found a shop called Full Throttle Performance close to home. They have experience with MGW installs at a reasonable price.
