No problems with an upgraded/bigger HE behind a 99/01 bumper. The brackets do stick out a good inch below the bumper, but my cars low enough it’s not too noticeable. Not sure if I’m doing a splitter or not. </p><p><img src="https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220407/dcfc6afdbc4095174dd38f783abaa62f.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" /></p><p>The 99/01 bumper and 03/04 hood is such a great looking combo IMO.
