would the swap to "newer" console be due to the ashtray location or cup holder i assume ? also im curious to see what your car picks up at the track, cause i have similar power with a magnum as wellThank you!! Well in the never ending quest to go faster....
Sold my T-56 magnum tonight along with everything needed for a swap..
Freddy Brown 4r70 built for 1500hp is going in. no o/d. full lock up converter. CF driveshaft will be going in the next couple of months. Rear end will be built in the next couple weeks as well.
Going to figure out what I'm going to do for a shifter setup next.. Kinda at a loss for all that lol.

Not sure what valve body you went with... Mine is a forward shifting set up..
Mine is a forward shifting setup as well. You had to modify the bezel I see.
How do you like the stock location setup?
No problem with reaching it during shifts etc??Yes had to soften up the leather to stretch and massage the bezel... stock location works good... The button on the handle is trans brake/reverse..
Why would someone go from a YSI to a JT?
