Medicine Hat racing

Anyone here from Medicine Hat or who has raced at their 1/4 mike track?

its a pita to get there, since we have no track in calgary. But I was thinking of heading down soon.

what days can I do that? Do I need a helmet?

I went and watched one Friday night last year, seemed okay.

anything you can add would be great.

never been to the Hat
Have been to Castrol(Nisku) race way a few times always fun
$30 to run
must pass street car tech
must have helmet
usually lots of cars
should be about 21/2 hrs from Calg to track
Street legal usually every Friday nite and opens at 5pm for tech runs till close
