I'll start off by saying that I am only posting this beat down of a Challenger because it was funny to me.
While stopped at a light I noticed a white Challenger at the gas station on my right. As I looked it over I noticed that a chick was driving and a dude riding in the passenger seat. Right after that I watched the guy point at my car and say something to the girl, interesting I thought.
Two lights later I was sitting at the light waiting to turn left. The white challenger pulls up behind me and I watch them talk and again the guy points at my car. No way is this chick going to try and run me I think to myself. WRONG!
Just after the light turns green and I get half way through the intersection the girl honks her horn at me. I move over to get away from the slow SUV in front of me and to what’s up. Now I am behind a Honda with an open lane to my right. The SUV jumps into a left turn lane at the next intersection and the Challenger guns it. I grab 3rd as fast as I can just as the Challenger is starting to pass me and jump into the right lane.
As I blow by them I waive by by and see the guy in the passenger seat say "what the ****?” I put two buss lengths on them before I had to shut it down because the light I was coming up on turned red.
Two lights down the road I took the opportunity to look over and waive again. This time I could tell the guy was not happy. When he finally looked at me I just laughed and took off.
All I could do was laugh the rest of the way home and wonder what the conversation was between the two. I am assuming this was one of the new 305hp V6 cars because I didn't see any R/T or SRT badging and it was definitely new so I doubt it was the older 250 something HP car.
My 03 GT has a KB 2.1 and 3.55 gears BTW.
