For the 03-04 Cobra you can re-use the stock flywheel with the Mcleod RST/RXT and it will work well without any issues. However the stock flywheel on the 03-04 cobra is similar to the 05-10 Mustang GT stock flywheel in that the center section of it is about 6.75-7" wide. The reason for that it that both the 03-04 Cobra 11" clutch and the stock clutch on the 05-10 mustang GT have larger hubs. When going with a twin disc clutch such as the RST/RXT which uses smaller discs that larger center section creates less disc to flywheel surface area. So the same way we recommend most 05+ mustang owners who want an RST/RXT to go with an aftermarket 99-04 flywheel we'll basically recommend the same thing for the 03-04 cobra guys. The aftermarket flywheels for the 99-04 cars such as the Spec and Fidanza ones have around a 6.25" center section. That provides for more disc to flywheel surface contact giving you better performance and longevity with the Mcleod setup. Hope that helps explain it a little better. Jared
