My car is a 2012 premium GT. Working with Bob Utter Ford, I bought the set of parts to convert the manual passenger seat to power. Here is an update on the project.

CR3Z-14A699-BA Wiring harness
To make a long story short-hooked the new power seat harness to the P side plug under the manual seat. Attached the harness to the track and switch. Confirmed that the power track is functional with power supplied by the car from the appropriate harness.
This weekend will attempt to swap the manual seat onto the power track. But it looks like it will work.
