I bought a couple coupes of these, a redfire and had a guy on here paint one to match my car color zinc yellow. Both are in box, I assume the repaint destroyed the value of the zinc one but I don't care.
Interestingly a zinc sold for $167. Seriously doubt this is a officially released color so suspect it was repainted.
$100 ish I see some CO for $45 and obviously value varies considerably. You get the right buyer and maybe $150. Mystichrome (repaints) seem to go for a bit to a lot more.

Yes, when you check/search on eBay, definitely select COMPLETED and SOLD auctions for real values
Based on my experience they go for between $300 and $400 on Ebay. I'm not watching Maisto Cobras on Ebay as much as I used too, but I seriously doubt they've gone down in value.

There's a few in that eBay link that sold for $100, without the box though. Honestly, I'd give it a real world value of $150-$200.

I have a few of those, I'm waiting for the OW ones to supposedly start showing up.
