Mach 1 vs gt rear springs?

I know this probably should be in another section but I am trying to find out whether or not there is any difference between the 2 springs, my buddy just picked up an 04 comp orange cobra with a sra swap and it has mach 1 springs on it. Any and all info is appreciated.

Mach I Springs 250 lbs./in. linear (lowers car .5 in.) ; GT Springs 210 lbs./in. linear
Rear shocks are better than GT too.

I have a sra but went with eibach drag springs (trimmed to my height) with air bag & adjustable shocks (think I went with KYB AGX). It had some mustang springs in it when I bought it, but forgot which ones they were/are. Still in garage somewhere.
