MAC Longtube question

Anyone running MAC Longtubes and can tell me what i can kind of expect for gains in hp just from adding these? I’m hearing 20 hp but I’m thinking that’s a stretch . I have a ported blower , VMP BAP, upper only 2.76 , 60 lb injectors. Just the basic stuff. Thank you !!!!!
