First off probably my fault alittle, but ive also read on others having this issue too. First problem i had i installed them and then found they were not welded fully around a o2 hole... fixed that about a year ago. Fresh motor goes in today and cranks up nice and fine. After about 5 mins i see a large plume of mist come from the hood so i shut her down asap. Look around thinking the worst and find the ac line burst from being melted... bad design on macs side, but i probably could have prevented it... just alot of stuff on my mind other than that. Anyways end rant, at least it wasn't the motor. Make sure you check the ac lines on your long tubes!!!:cuss:

Yep. Gotta zip tie that line up away from the header. Its happened to plenty of us. $85 for the line from Ford and you'll be back in business.

Unfortunately it isn't just MAC. I make sure to pull it up on every header install. Sucks, but sometimes you have to learn by mistake. At least you are up and running again.

Happened to me with my Mac longtubes as well. It sucked not having AC last summer lol. Finally got it fixed in May.
