i really want this.. still no answer on fuel rail cross over tube fitment(replacment)

does this come with all the fittings? and tube to connect to OEM PCV(breather system on the passenger side? and everything else needed to install..

I have a bag of goodies that came with it. Ill post up a picture of what's inside
