Been having this issue for a while ! it's a great kit but scratching my head ?

Div x 2000hp kit triple 465 pumps id1300

With 24 psi I see 48psi at wot off the frps sensor car has plenty of fuel left in the transfer function I ha have af at 11.00 at wot,

I hook up my co2 bottle from my boost controller to my regulator and hit it with 30 psi (key on ) it hit past 70 psi and stays there no dropping ?

My data log shows battery 12.60 volts at wot ?

I put new pumps new clamps intake etc new fuel filter ?

are you doing that and making a WOT pull or just checking it at idle?

an idle test is useless since you won't have the fuel flow where the issue lies

You are not taking into account that FRPS's measure DeltaP, not actual fuel pressure. You need to add your DeltaP of 48 + boost of 24 = 72 psi. Sounds just about right to me.

Remember, your fuel pressure regulator adds 1 psi for every 1 lb of boost. If it didn't, for every 1 lb of boost, you would loose 1 psi of fuel pressure because the intake is pressurized against what the injector is trying to put out.

Hope this helps explain it.
