Does anyone know what would happen if I switched from catted x-pipe to o/r without getting a re-tune? Really not trying to go back to my tuner lol.

Probably a check engine light from the rear O2's reading rich. Maybe they're already shut off. It's probably a really easy touch up for your tuner and can probably be done over an email. ‍
