I have a 2012 GT with outlaws on it. I am stationed in arkansas where there is no noise law. I was wondering if when I go back home to massachusetts they can ticket me for it since they are a bit stingy on that?
you should have safe passage with the AR plates on the car unless you are violating some other AR vehicle reg. But they might cite you for other stuff due to the amount of noise you're making.
When I got pulled over in Louisiana the officer mentioned my tint was too dark for Louisiana(lol, not really) but he couldn't cite me because I had out of state plates. Then I got stopped leaving the gate in CA one day because I didn't have a front plate on the car. CA cops left me alone but a Security Forces officer apparently took the time to memorize all states requiring front plates and reciprocity allowed them to cite me for violating CVC even with NE plates.
