Looking to buy Gen 2 L that runs 11's

I sold my '03 Cobra last month and am searching for an L with as many of the following characteristics as possible:

runs legit 11's without NOS
vehicle has not been involved in accidents, floods, etc.
No paint / body work to date on vehicle
has an aftermarket blower
vehicle has been tuned by reputable tuner
vehicle can be driven daily
motor has been built to withstand added power
transmission has been built to withstand added power
vehicle is stock appearing (stock wheels, stock hood, limited window tint, no roll cage / no roll bars, etc.)
vehicle is a one or two owner vehicle
non-smoker
vehicle is located east of the Mississippi River
ownership documentation / mod receipts / dyno sheets convey with vehicle
