Looking for tips on soaking /cleaning intercooler radiator

Heyguys I decided to pull my factory gt500 intercooler rad behind the bumper. I got it off and want to soak it. Anyone use CLR?

Any tips are appreciated

Simple green?
Used it on the lighting's intercooler. Never on the front heat exchanger though... but it's great at oils and grease.
