Looking for someone to build motor in central Iowa!

Hey everyone, I have a 96 cobra with a stock block just turned over 163,000 miles. Looking to start a summer project here soon and i would like to come out with 6-850 horsepower with a 76mm turbo or f1-C procharger. Looking for someone around here that can rebuild a longblock and that I can trust! I plan on pulling the motor by myself and everything else just mainly worried about timing the DOHC more than anything. Not afraid to take the motor a couple hundered miles either! Thanks for any input!
