Looking for a shop to build a driver

I'm looking for a shop, preferably but not required, in the Houston area that can build a fox body coupe with a coyote swap with a 6-speed. I don't have the time, tools or fabrication skills to tackle such a project myself. I want a driver and not a $400K Ring Brother special. Quality clean work is the most important thing. Any suggestions would be great.

This is why I need to build my garage. I can do this sort of work in my spare time. Just a hell of a lot easier with a lift.
