Looking for a pedal assembly and shifter

Prefer '11-'12 but will consider earlier. Prefer to be complete with sensors, and pigtails.

Also looking for stock upper shifter, both boots, and knob.

I have a '12 shifter without the knob or handle -$40 shipped. And I have a pedal assembly from an '05 that's complete with sensors -$80 shipped.
