Looking at smaller top pulley

I hear there has been some slippage with the 2.4" pulleys, but that you can buy the 90mm idler to cure the slippage or a smaller green drive belt.

What is the diameter of the stock idler?

Which method will work or works best, the belt or the pulley?

Also I read one guy saying he was pushing 15psi with the 2.4" pulley and i have hit 15psi several times stock and i know others have as well. What's up with that? Is that belt slip?

I actually feel like there may be a little belt slippage on these cars stock occasionally, I know it's hard to tell if the belt just slips ever so slightly, but I wonder if that's what's up with different cars having different boost levels stock or with the same mods?
