Looking at a 1994 Ford Lightning

The truck has 197,000 miles on it. Freshly rebuilt transmission. It needs some paint. It's black. Doesn't have rear bumper or original wheels. And the clips on the front bumper are broken. Guys asking 3,500 for it. Just curious what you all thought was a fair price. I'll try to post pictures. Also has vaccuum leak and driver side window regulator is bad. Just minor things but I didn't know how much that would affect the price. I'm going to look at it Saturday so any input would be greatly appreciated. Also things I should look at or keep in mind when I'm looking at it! Thank you.

I wouldn't pay much more than 2k for that. If you look you can find complete first gen lightning's with less miles for around $3500.
