Unless you're running the jpc headers i ddon't see how it would work without cutting. I think kooks makes a version to work with their headers.

I looked at this... I have a Boss with other then factory exhaust header... the header spacing center to center is just a little wider than the Boss 302 H-pipe center to center on the inlet side... so if you found a muffler shop that would mate the two without cats it would work... The only reason I did not like it... going from a 3 inch collector to 2 1/4 / 2 1/2 pipe just for side pipes... side pipes,,, really? Ill pass, just give me 3" out the back and the Corvette drivers can have their side-pipes.

Good luck!!!! I comtemplated it for a whole year and it would have taken some decent amount of fabbing without actually buying the CRAZY:kaboom: expensive Kooks setup. Dumped the Boss H-Quad setup and went Stainless Works longtubes and glad I did. You couldn't hear the Quads anyway and I ran them wide open.
