Sorry for the long thread, guys.
LONG time lurker here, found this site in Late 2012 while looking to get back into a mustang after losing my first in the Joplin tornado on May 22nd 2011. Spent so much time in the road-kill drive thru that I had to have read every story in that section from its inception to what was current at that time.
March of 2014 I found a 2004 Mach 1 with tasteful mods and a binder of paperwork that came with it. I'd had my heart set on an 03-04 cobra, but being a 23 year old kid with a nearly 3 year old at the time (she was born 3 days after we lost everything in the tornado) I couldn't justify the $5-8k price difference between a Cobra and a Mach 1 back then. Anyway, that car has been in my possession since then and it's essentially the 4th member of the family. Kiddo has been to a million car shows in it, carried alot of trophies back from the awards table for the car and has been infatuated with Mustangs ever since that one came home. That girl is now 13 years old and the hunt is on for her first mustang!
Since the Mach 1 got added in 2014, the stable has grown to include a HCI 2002 SOM Camaro SS and a 96 LT1 Trans Am for fun weekend cruisers, along with a half dozen or so motorcycles and an 08 RCSB Hemi 6-Speed 4x4 Dodge Ram for cruising to the snowcone shack with the girls. The "DD" is a 26 year old 10th gen with 88k miles

03-694, this post is a little late. And since I didn't chime in on the specific thread, congratulations on retirement. Hope you continue to stick around SVTP for years to come.
Alas, I wasn't around for LL's passing. He is missed.
13Cobra comes off as a knowledgeable guy. When the wife's current '21 KR gets close to the 100k mark, be expecting a message.
James Snover will always be a mystery to me. (physicist? or high level troll with amazing google skills?)
SID297, your write up on the powerboost is one of the main reason's we went with that powertrain when looking for my wifes KR
I know there are quite a few I've forgotten about as I popped in and out over the years. Anyways, glad to be on here finally. Will be chiming in as I can to try and get that post count up and finally get into the SMACKDOWN threads I've been hearing about for years!
