Line Valve mod and 4# pulley

I would like to purchase these to performance pieces for my 02 lightning. I have looked both at JDM and Johnny Lightning, and have noticed JL is cheaper. Are there products as good as JDM's? If I were to buy JL parts, will JDM program a chip for me w/their mods? ANy precautions I should be warned about Johnny Lightning, like what not to get? Thanks
