To be honest I dont know.. I bought it new with a Blower and manifold.. I used them on the mustang but I m not sure what year its from..

Is there anyway of telling?

to me it looks like it is for the 01-04 blower as the vaccuum port is near the front of the midplate, where 99-00 are in the center of the bolt holes.
