Is there power available there?
Fwiw I have a nest outdoor cam on my driveway. Caught some lady known to the police scoping out my property at 4am last week. While it did see the motion there is no way to get a clear identification with this quality camera. I'd imagine you'd need a 4k camera with a separate IR illuminator to get a good facial.

Solar only. We didn't run power way out there when we built.
I was going to say maybe you could dig a shallow trench and run a cable, but that sounds a little far.
On one build we had power at a gate some distance from the house, and had a repeater put there. There's a camera there now. It's probable that a solar setup, with battery, could get a camera there. A quick google shows 'point to point wireless'
