I have an Ego leaf blower and it’s great for day to day quick stuff. But I live on an acre, so the mower wouldn’t work. For mowing I have a Hustler zero turn, and for serious blowies I have a Huskvarna backpack. I absolutely love the Ego tho. Very convenient for 95% of what I need, including drying the car off.

I liked my Milwaukee trimmer and leaf blower. If I end up with a small lawn again I’ll get the ego stuff this go round d. heard nothing but good about it.
Wouldn't regret it. That plane that landed and flipped upside down...yeah I was doing yard work.

Born and raised Brockton. Living in Naples.
Speaking of electric. The other day I went out for a bike ride. Went out 10 miles from my house. It was windy but didn’t really register as an issue.
10 miles back into the wind. Sucked ass especially due to already having gone to the gym and walked 2 miles. I was tired when I got home. Researching E-bikes but the kind you can pedal with an assist motor.
Not sure if I’ll buy one now because I don’t want to rely on the motor but eventually I will.
The good ones are too expensive.

I'm sure you'll love one when you do buy one. We have a bike/walking/running path right at the end of our rear property line. There was a time when the majority of people on the path were walking or riding pedal bikes. Now, the majority of bike riders are using e-bikes, either full electric or with an assist motor.

I went electric! haha Been looking at these and Amazon has it 30% off so why not. I have their blower and it is 100% FANTASTIC. I get two more batteries this way as well.

I have their blower, edger, hedge trimmer and string trimmer. They all work great. I do have Echo commercial blowers, trimmers and edger. The blower and string trimmer are good for most of the time, but during the summer the gas stuff needs to be used once in a while. I have a zero turn because I have 3 lots.
I got shit for posting my Ego stuff in this very thread! I have this mower, the leaf blower, weed wacker and snowblower. I only have about 1/3 of an acre and easily can mow it twice without recharging.

The snowblower is only a single stage but is as strong as any single stage I've ever used. We don't get a ton of snow but when we got 10+ inches it was no issue. And once done I had only lost 1 of the 5 bars.

I've been really happy with my Ego stuff so far. Its so quiet and not dealing with gas and clogged carbs has sold me.
Not from me, I've mentioned my Ego stuff before.

Yeah I have a rather small lot, thank god. If it was bigger I would def get a riding mower.

Picked up a new sander. Refinishing the stairs in my house. They're in pretty good shape and for some reason the previous owner covered them with carpet.

Going to be a lot of sanding so wanted a good sander with good dust collection. Tons of scrapping too since my house was built in the 40s I can say for sure there's lead paint. Wifes out of town though so will work on this and have some drinks over the weekend.

Stairs in question. And no its not an illusion they're steep. Built before modern stair codes were in place.

That stairway reminds me of my parents house and my first house. Easy to die on them.

You mentioned pulling the carpet. My wife pulled the carpet off the bottom step of our stairs before everything else. No bueno at night without your glasses on thinking you’re already at the last step…crumpling into the wall like an idiot.

I haven't tripped down these yet... but there is a door at the bottom of them and I need to duck my head to get through it. And I'm only 6 feet; basically considered a midget on SVT.

They're the same going into my basement and my bar is down there. So I use them alot when we're in the backyard hanging out. Hope not to fall down those onto concrete!

They're steeper (40 degrees) than normal house stairs, have a high rise (8 inches) and short tread (10 inches). It's not a crazy difference but enough that it throws you off using them. We've been here for 2 years and my cadence still isn't right going up them and even worse going down.

Bought some cheap Klipsch bookshelf speakers. I think I will use these with the TV in my Man Land with the Klipsch sub and move my Klipsch "The Nines" downstairs where I listen to music the most which don't need a sub.

Do you have any of their home audio subs? I've warrantied two and my third has just shit out outside of warranty. Pretty disappointed.

I bought this back in 20, no issues. Nothing fancy however in their line up of subs. It's powered and wireless.

I think I have the wired version of that (R-112SW) and I've not had a good experience with it. Crutchfield has honored all the warranties but I missed this one by three months. I have two so I'm sure the other is going to lay down soon.
