In Texas, if you refuse to blow they can have the court order to draw blood very quickly, so it really does not matter... unless you feel the blood test will be more in your favor than blowing.

Wow, thats crazy. I wasnt aware of that. Not that i drink and drive or condone it im glad they dont have a law like that here, that sounds like a blatant violation of something lol

What I think he's thinking of is like I stated before the no refusal weekend/holiday that the county/state choose and that's when you can't refuse to blow or if you do they will take your blood. I'm pretty sure they can't just take your blood unless it's one of the special occasions that they deem.
