Leaking coolant from head cooling mod

I recently had my engine overhauled in my 03 Cobra and i noticed I’m starting to blow coolant out where my passenger side head cooling mod has the hose coming off where heater core lines come off , HOWEVER everything seems tight . I’m at a loss here . Has this happened to any of you guys ? Thanks

Did you check the o-rings? I'm assuming there are o-rings at least. They tend to go out at random times.

Pics of your setup would help or a diagram.

If it is the crack pipe cooling mod that is on the back side of the head, it's not going to be fun, as those are usually done with the motor out.

If your mod is off the top part of the head, toward the back of the intake, then it will be easier to locate and fix.
