They may fit however I would recommend a 10-10.50" rim for that size tire. Jared@Lethal

Hoosier has yet to release this tire in a 18" form.

you'd have to grind the IRS bolt to put these on correct? and my cobra is dropped like 2.5 inches.

If the car is lowered the IRS bolt actually is moved inside the wheel well so its not an issue unless the suspension is unloaded. You can always run our 3/8" spacer and extended lug nut set just to feel more comfortable.
