So the Struts are for 2005-2010? To my knowledge, 05-10 require the GT500 Strut Mount to work on '11-'14 cars, while '11-'14 can use stock mount or Camber Plates?

This is correct. Pretty sure you can also use 05-10 camber plates on the 11-14 cars.
