Guys with this set up. How does the filter attach in the fender? It doesnt just sit there does it?

I believe that it just hangs off the end of the tube. Better make sure that clamp is tight.

Thats bad if thats the case. I wouldnt want that bouncing around in there.

It doesn't hang or bource around. It's a 12" long conical filter that is a tight fit in there - once it's in place, it isn't goint to go anywhere. It does allow you to get the filter way down low behind the hole next to the fog light. If you live in a reasonably dry area you'll be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on driving in lots of water.

Thanks jcard, I did look at your pics. I was wondering if I have options on where it goes?
Does it look like it would be easy to cut that tube so it doesnt hang as low?

I didn't try it, but I don't see why you couldn't shorten the hose and mount the filter up higher - it's just a matter of finding room for that big filter. The thing is huge when you're holding it in your hand and it seems even larger when you are trying to stuff it in there.
