A ball nosed wrench comes with the KB kit. It's not that bad. The rear fuel rail bolt was the worst for me but if you **** the intake a little you can get to it. I didn't use a torque wrench. I guess you may be able to distort the lower intake some if you didn't get things torque properly. I started in the middle on each side and worked my way out till I had them about right. 7 ft-lbs. aint much. I don't see how you can assemble the blower to the lower intake and drop the whole assembly on the engine. It's not that easy putting the lower intake back on by itself. I've done two KB's and the last one I tied up all the lines with tie wraps to keep them out of the intake and it wasn't that bad. One of the KB's I installed the EGR valve didn't line up and it was a nightmare. The other one wasn't too bad. Don't put the EGR valve on until you have set the blower in place. KB instructs you to install it while the blower is on the bench. Also, loosen the EGR tube on the exhaust and don't tighten down the lower intake till you install the EGR valve and started the EGR tube nuts. That way you can lift it a little if needed to line of the valve to the tube.
