I'm buying a 2.1 for my 96 and I have a 7-1/2" lower crank pulley. will it get me more boost or just over spin it.. I'm looking to get 20lbs out of it.. Any info helps thanks.

Coming from a former 2.1 owner, 20psi is a horrible idea. You'll cook your motor for sure. Sitting in traffic on 9psi even with a custom rad, 160 tstat and meth was not an option.
Even with a fully built bottom end?
heat is the enemy not the power level. being non IC without a bypass valve you're just going to be sitting there cooking parts.
+1. Reason for not wanting to run an intercooler on your setup?

he can't run an intercooler between the B heads. there isn't enough room.
