Try running my Lingenfelter with a 427 C5R and 18-20 Lbs. of boost.At 9 Lbs. tubbed and not wanting to break 12's( no cage or NHRA equipment) I ran a 14.1@ 139 mph,at least I had the highest trap that day.It was pretty KOOL being that my co.Xtreme Motor Sports(CHEVY SHOP) sponsored the Vette day they let me run hard as long as I kept it above 12 seconds and trying to guess when 140 is approaching good luck.
I had 335/30/18's on the rears no hook up and started in 2nd went to 4th and finished in 5th.Embarrising times but had loads of fun,Dave S.
I have won races on slicks against cars that do 9.50's so if I dropped in an Automatic and with all my tricks I know I could do a hi8 or low 9 EZ,but to much fun with the 3rd peddle,Dave
