Per recommendation from a good friend, and several recommendations online, I just swapped my rear diff fluid to Rerdline Lightweight Shockproof. Ford manual recommends changing the rear diff fluid after 1 hour of track driving, and ever 12 hours afterwards for the 2014 cars, so this drove me to do the change.

Forgot how thick diff fluid is... bit of a project getting it into the rear diff (I don't have a pump).

Will post if I notice any differences. The Redline fluids I've used in the past have been great though.

Do you have a gear driven limited slip or a clutch type? I don't think I would use shock-proof with clutch type limited slip. Although I don't think it would harm anything.
