Just ordered Samsung Note 3

Did I make a mistake? It came down to that or the iphone 5s.

Background: I'm an iPhone guy. Had the 3g, then switched to the Bionic and hated the battery life, got a used iPhone 4 to replace it within the first year.

Other than the battery life, I had no issues with the phone and they appear to have fixed the battery issues with the newer phones.

I also looked at the HTC One Max but preferred the Note 3.

Good purchase? Prices were the same on both phones.

I think you'll be very happy with the Note 3. I don't have one, but have yet to hear of a Note 3 owner who isn't totally satisfied.

Have a co-worker and swears he has the best phone (note 3). But I guess it comes down to if you use your phone for business or personal only. He uses his for personal calls and not for business. I am currently waiting on the galaxy 5!

I also had a IPHONE 3g, I up greated to the Note 3. I love the phone, everyone makes fun of the huge phone but I tell them its a mans phone Not a 15old girls phone. Everything is the same as a iPhone just bigger. I have no regrets, you made a good Choice

I have a galaxy s4 (almost identical but a little smaller) and it has been great. The note 3 is supposed to be awesome if you want a big screen, I just thought it was a tad too big for me. Get one and dont look back

I have had the Galaxy S2, S3, S4, and now a Note 3. I love the Note 3. It is a great phone.

Let me know how you like it when you get it. I'm about to ditch my iphone 4S for it. Tired of small screen and having it jailbroken crashes every now and then so its getting old.

Iphone the Porsche of phones. Small,nimble,quick,pleasing to the eye, superb built quality. Does not need a massive engine to get it up to speed etc.

Note the H1/H2 choose your poison. Massive and impressive to the eye, needs a massive engine to get anything done but falls short with its own weight...matter of time with bloatware. GM built quality.

Now that's a more accurate representation of both phones. A Pagani or Keonegsigg? :lol1:

I replaced my ip4s with a note 3. it's a beast. I'm not gonna lie, the learning curves isn't as hard as I thought it would be... That being said, the ONLY thing I do miss is the quick access apps in the notification center apple had, unless I missed them?

Those with phones larger than the iPhone know full well how beneficial and important the extra screen size is. I know someone who has an iPhone 4S and even compared to my HTC One I can easily see how restrictive the smaller size is. The Note 3 is even larger than my HTC One and I just see it as offering even more overall usefulness. IMO it's close to the perfect phone size for the way the average person today uses their phone.

Anyone who doesn't need the S pen, I highly recommend looking at the LG G2 it's a good phone. I'm done with Samsung TW cartoon BS
