Hey guys any of you that live in Norfolk/ Va beach area i have just moved up here as of fri. I am in need of some input on some of the local laws and places to get muffler work and so forth done. I Know of a few things about the Vehicle Inspection and so forth but please give me all the input you can think of. I First off am looking for a Muffler Shop that does good work but is not outrageous on pricing. i have hated my Exhaust setup for some time now and it has to change especially being here now. I have heard and looked up the window tint law is 50% on the fronts then 35% on all the rest. What other things do i need to be careful about??
